Our facilities boast some of the best in the UK. We pride ourselves on keeping everything immaculate and providing a top class equestrian centre for our competitors to enjoy. Having these facilities also gives us a huge advantage for producing our own and clients horses.

Food & Beverages
Centred around our Indoor Championship arena, the Bridle Cafe supplies a wide range of meals with a focus on modern street food and a grab 'n' go option for those in a rush.
Saddle Lounge
The Saddle Lounge, launched in October 2021, is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the sport. You'll find a great view of the arena and a full service bar.
Venue Hire
In addition to organising a range of competitions, clinics and events, we also enjoy working with organisers who would like to hire our facilities.
Whether you want to run a national show or are a pony club looking for a rally/camp venue, or even want to use our saddle lounge for a corporate event we are ready to help. Just contact one of the team to discuss your requirements.
Competition Resources
Both our Indoor Championship Arena and Outdoor Championship arena have a Cloud based PA system which can be routed to different zones around the venue.
With an extensive range of unique showjumps, dressage boards, flowers, stabling for up to 300 horses and two sets of timing equipment, Northcote is ready to host any equestrian event
Indoor Warm-Up Arena
Mainly used as a warm-up arena, this 30x40m indoor space is connected to our Indoor Championship Arena by a covered and rubberised walkway.
It's ideal for a variety of activities including training and clinics.
Indoor Championship Arena
This indoor facility is 60x30m and ideally sized to hold indoor competition. It features an Andrews Bowen Pro surface which was installed in 2019.
It is overlooked by the Bridle Cafe and our new bar, the Saddle Lounge.
Outdoor Championship Arena
This large 80x50m arena is surfaced with an Andrews Bowen Pro surface which was refurbished and topped up in May 2023.
It's fully fenced with gates to the stable area, car park and also to our covered walkway to the indoor complex
